Other than attending the University of Iowa for his bachelor's and law degrees, Mr. Becker has resided in Cedar Rapids since 1954.  He and his wife, Mary, are the parents of two grown children.  Mr. Becker has practiced law with the Tom Riley Law Firm since graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1980.
